Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of the items ordered.

Handlexp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


5. Delivery Issues

Wrong Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, contact us at support@handlexp.com.


6. International Shipping Policy

We ship to most international countries. However, international delivery may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures or other unforeseen issues. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country's import regulations.


7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
